What myproducer.io does

A quick tour: find out who's free, hold dates, send offers and see who's hired, all in one place.

myproducer.io is where you hire freelancers and contractors for a project: camera operators, editors, designers, talent, anyone you book by the day or by the job.

Instead of group texts and spreadsheets, each project lives in one place:

1. Contacts. Everyone you hire, with tags and private notes. Add your contacts
2. Projects and roles. A project (a shoot, an event, a campaign) is split into roles like Video Editor or Gaffer. Create a project
3. Availability checks. Ask a group of people if they're free on your dates. They answer with one tap from the email, no account needed. Send a check
4. Holds. Ask someone to hold the dates while you confirm the job. How holds work
5. Offers. Send the rate, dates and expenses. When they accept, they're hired and the cost is added to your budget. Send an offer

Every person you contact on a role gets their own page with a progress tracker (Availability → Hold → Offer → Hired) and a message thread.

Who it's for

Producers, production managers, coordinators and anyone who staffs projects with freelancers. The people you hire don't pay anything and don't need an account to answer you.

What it doesn't do

myproducer.io doesn't run payroll or pay people. It keeps track of what you agreed to (rates, dates, expenses) so you can pay through whatever you use today.
