Organize contacts with tags

Tag people by craft, city or anything else, then filter your list in one click.

Tags are labels like Editors, Camera, LA or Spanish speaker. A person can have as many as you like.

Add tags

• When you add someone: type in the Tags box and press Enter.
• Later: use Edit tags → Add new tag, then tag people from the list.

Filter by tag

Choose Filter tags and tick one or more tags. When you pick several, you see people who have all of them, for example Camera and LA.

Tags also work when you send an availability check: filter the list to find the right people fast.

Rename or delete tags

Use Edit tags → Rename tags or Delete tags. To take a tag off one person, choose the × on that tag in their row.
