Import contacts from Google or a spreadsheet
Bring in your Google contacts, or upload a CSV file with names and emails.
Go to Contacts → Import and choose where your contacts are.
From Google Contacts
- Choose Google Contacts and sign in to Google when asked.
- myproducer lists your saved contacts and "other contacts" that have an email address.
- Tick the people you want and import them.
From a spreadsheet (CSV)
- Save your list as a CSV file (in Excel or Numbers use File → Save As / Export → CSV; in Google Sheets use File → Download → Comma-separated values).
- Put first name, last name and email in the first three columns, or label your columns First name, Last name and Email in a header row (other columns are then ignored).
- Choose Spreadsheet and pick the file. Everyone in it is added right away.
| First name | Last name | |
|---|---|---|
| Rosa | Delgado | rosa@example.com |
| Eli | Brooks | eli@example.com |
Heads up: Upload a .csv file, not an Excel (.xlsx) file.
Headers from a Google Contacts export ("Given Name", "Family Name", "E-mail 1 - Value") work too.
People who are already in your contacts are skipped, and nobody gets an email when you import them.
