Automatic reminders
Choose when people who haven't answered get a reminder. Reminders stop as soon as they answer.
When you send a check, Auto reminder sets when people who haven't answered get a reminder email.
- Choose 3h, 6h, 12h or 24h, or Custom for any number of hours (up to 99).
- You can pick more than one, for example 6h and 24h, for two reminders.
- Each reminder is timed from when you sent the check.
- As soon as someone answers, their remaining reminders are cancelled.
The reminder email's subject starts with "Reminder: are you free…" and has the same one-tap buttons.
Heads up: No reminder is selected for you. If you don't pick one, nobody gets a reminder. We recommend 24h for most checks, or 3h when you need answers today.
