Archive, restore or delete a project
Archive finished projects to keep your list tidy. Delete only works for projects with no activity.
On a computer, go to Projects and use the archive (box) or trash icon at the end of the project's row. On a phone, open the project and use the ⋯ menu at the top.
Archive
The project moves to Archived and becomes view only. Checks, holds and offers already sent keep running, so people can still answer. Restore it any time from Archived in Projects.
Delete
Only possible for projects with no availability checks or offers yet, for example one you created by mistake. Deleting can't be undone. Projects with activity can be archived instead.
Tip: Only the project's owner can archive, restore or delete it.
Locked projects
A locked project is different from an archived one: projects lock when your free trial or plan ends. What happens when your trial ends
