Account settings and your password

Change your company name and password, and find your plan and billing.

Open Settings from your picture at the top right (on a phone, More → Settings).

• Account: your company name. To change your name, edit your profile.
• Plan & billing: your plan, and Manage billing once you're on a paid plan. Manage billing
• Security: change your password.

Change your password

Go to Settings → Security, enter your current password and the new one twice. Passwords are 8 to 16 letters and numbers (no symbols other than _) with at least one capital letter, one lowercase letter and one number.

Signed up with Google? You sign in with Google, so there's no password to change.

Forgot your password

On the sign-in page choose Forgot password? and we'll email you a link to set a new one.

Change your email address or delete your account

Contact us and we'll do it for you.
