Using the work offer feature
The work offer feature is accessible from the project page or from an availability check that someone has marked as ‘available’.
When you choose to create a new work offer, you have 3 options to choose from: Fixed, Hourly, and Daily.
Fixed is an option for contacts working for a fixed or flat rate and will not require you to select the number of hours someone is working, only the days
Hourly will require you to select the recipients rate per hour, & the number of hours per day they’ll work.
Daily will require you to select the recipient’s rate per day, and the number of hours per day they’ll work.
All of these details are reflected in the work offer. When sent the recipient will receive an email notification to review and then either accept or decline the work offer.
