Using the auto follow-up feature

The auto-follow up is another feature created to save time for project managers and producers.

When you send an avails check, you’ll have the option to select whether to send an auto-follow up(s) and when to send it/them with the ability to add custom time intervals.

Each auto-reminder sends an e-mail about the pending availability check. Auto-reminders are cancelled once the recipient responds to the availability check. We’re excited about how much time auto-reminders will save when staffing up for projects. No more having to chase folks down for an answer!
