Using the hold request feature
After one of your contacts has accepted an availability check, you’ll have the option to send them a hold request from their avails check page.
A hold request will send an email notification to the recipient with the option to ‘accept’ or ‘decline’ the offer. The hold is an optional step but an important one for your contacts to know their status.
Once they’ve been put on hold you’ll be ready to take the next step and send them a work offer.
